Born in Guadalajara, Aldo Di Vece had been traveling to his second home in Houston since 1982. Now a permanent Houstonian, he enjoys showing Houston's unique neighborhoods to clients, and helping them discern the area best suited to meet their lifestyle, needs, and wants. According to Aldo, "Representing out-of-town buyers calls for special attention in finding the right property in the right neighborhood in an environment different from home." Having lived through this process, Aldo understands there can be many variables in play and is adept in helping clients make an educated purchase decision based on current market data and experience. Aldo received a BA in Architecture (1993) in Mexico, and a Master's degree in Business (2009) in Houston. He bought his first "fixer-upper" in 1995 and has continued to buy investment properties as a side business. Additionally, Aldo is a property manager for his family's assets in Mexico. From 1991 to 2004 Aldo worked in the marketing department of his father's industrial lubricants business in Mexico, ending his tenure as Regional Sales Director. Since 2004, Aldo has been a member of the board of directors of Quaker State Lubricants Western Mexico distribution branch, founded by his Grandfather in the late 1940's. Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English, and fluent in spoken Italian, Aldo is experienced in sales negotiations in the U.S., Mexico, Latin America, and Italy. Aldo has held a real estate license in Texas since 2011 and, with the support of Beth Wolff Realtors, makes all his experience and passion available to newcomers and established residents who seek to buy or sell property.
